Common Questions
How are tokens calculated?
Tokens are counted based on the BPE tokenizer. Roughly 1,000 tokens equal 750 words. Both input (prompt) and output (completion) tokens count towards your monthly usage limit.
Do you train on my data?
We are SOC2 Type II compliant. Data sent via the API is zero-retention by default on Enterprise plans, and stored for 30 days max on Production plans for debugging only.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time via the Console. The prorated difference will be charged immediately, and your new concurrency limits will be active instantly.
What regions are supported?
We currently operate H100 clusters in US-East (N. Virginia), US-West (Oregon), EU-West (Dublin), and Asia-Pacific (Tokyo). Your requests are automatically routed to the nearest node with capacity.
What is "White Glove" support?
White Glove is our highest tier of support for Enterprise Cluster customers. It includes a dedicated Slack channel with our engineering team, quarterly architecture reviews, and 24/7 phone support for critical incidents.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all standard plans if you are not satisfied with the performance or if you haven't used more than 10% of your allocated tokens.
